VII Concorso Caroli Hotels riservato agli allievi degli Istituti Professionali – Servizi per l’Enogastronomia e l’Ospitalità Alberghiera d’Italia, dedicato ai fondatori della catena Caroli Hotels, Attilio Caroli e Gilda Nuzzolese, Mario Caputo e Maria Domenica Caroli, in programma nel Salento dal 16 – 19 marzo 2022.
Gli allievi del quarto e quinto anno degli indirizzi di Enogastronomia, Servizi di Sala e Vendita ed Accoglienza Turistica saranno coinvolti in tre rispettive competizioni, in cui potranno dare sul campo prova delle proprie abilità.
