Arrivo dei partecipanti al concorso e dei docenti accompagnatori al Bellavista Club di Gallipoli (Le) nel primo pomeriggio.
Ore 18:30: Bellavista Club di Gallipoli, presentazione del concorso.
Estrazione dal paniere dell’ ingrediente oggetto della prova di Enogastronomia e di Sala e Vendita. Estrazione della prova di Accoglienza Turistica. Estrazione delle squadre.
Distribuzione delle cartellette e dei layout relativi alle prove.
Ore 19:30: cena.
Ore 22:30: consegna da parte delle squadre di Enogastronomia e Servizi di Sala e Vendita dei buoni di prelevamento. Pernottamento.
Giovedì 16/03/17
Ore 7:30: prima colazione in hotel.
Ore 8:00 presso Bellavista Club di Gallipoli insediamento giurati – Composizione giuria Enogastronomia – Composizione giuria Sala e Vendita.
Ore 8:00 trasferimento allievi Accoglienza Turistica da Bellavista Club a Ecoresort Le Sirené di Gallipoli.
Ore 8:30: inizio concorso Enogastronomia – Sala e Vendita, presso Bellavista Club di Gallipoli (LE).
Ore 8:30 presso Ecoresort le Sirené di Gallipoli insediamento giurati – Composizione giuria Accoglienza Turistica.
Ore 8:30: escursione guidata a Santa Maria Di Leuca per tutti i docenti accompagnatori.
Ore 9:00: inizio concorso Accoglienza Turistica.
Ore 13:30: fine lavori articolazione Accoglienza Turistica.
Ore 13:45: trasferimento allievi Accoglienza Turistica da Ecoresort Le Sirené a Bellavista Club.
Ore 15:00: fine lavori e servizio buffet per tutti gli alunni partecipanti al concorso e per i docenti, presso Bellavista Club di Gallipoli.
Ore 15:00: fine lavori.
Laboratori del Gusto – Slow Food
– Ore 17:00 “Laboratorio della Pasta” – a cura del “Cuoco per Passione” Sergio Doria.
– Ore 17:30 “IL BERE CONSAPEVOLE” – a cura del “Gustosofo” Michele Di Carlo.
Ore 20:00: cena e pernottamento.
Venerdì 17/03/17
Ore 7:30: prima colazione in hotel.
Ore 8:30: escursione guidata a Nardò (Le) presso Masseria La Cornula e visita dello stabilimento oleario, a seguire Visita del Castello e della Cantina di Copertino (Le) con degustazione, per gli allievi e per tutti i docenti accompagnatori.
Ore 13:30: pranzo in hotel.
Laboratori del Gusto – Slow Food
– Ore 17:00 “IL PASTICCIOTTO LECCESE” – a cura del “Maestro Pasticciere” Giovanni Venneri del Cafè di Napoli di Alliste.
– Ore 17:30 “LA RISCOPERTA DEI SENSI”: Corso riservato ai soli docenti degli istituti alberghieri e i ragazzi maggiorenni delle scuole. Il gustosofo Michele Di Carlo docente distillati e liquori Master of Food di Slow Food e la pluripremiata Barlady Francesca Mannis, ci accompagneranno attraverso un percorso di analisi sensoriale alla scoperta del mondo degli “spiriti ” ciò ci permetterà di scoprire come i nostri sensi, se correttamente stimolati, ci danno molte informazioni su cosa e come bisogna interpretare le informazioni che ci forniscono e come si distingue il buono dal cattivo, il falso dal vero e non solo nei distillati. Con un approfondimento sull’utilizzo dell’alcool in miscelazione e la corretta preparazione di cocktail storici o di fantasia.
Ore 19:00 presso il Bellavista Club di Gallipoli, incontro con le aziende del “Circuito Piu’ Gusto”, a seguire cena di Gala a cura degli allievi degli istituti partecipanti, premiazione e consegna dei riconoscimenti. Pernottamento.

Ore 7:30 prima colazione in Hotel e partenza. – Fine Servizi.
