Arrivo dei partecipanti al concorso e dei docenti accompagnatori all’Ecoresort Le Sirené di Gallipoli
Ore 18:30: Ecoresort Le Sirené di Gallipoli, presentazione del concorso.
Estrazione dal paniere dell’ ingrediente oggetto della prova di Enogastronomia e di Sala e Vendita.
Estrazione dei Team.
